Answer: Most printed orders ship out in approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of the photoshoot. Most digital orders will be delivered via email in 2-4 weeks, please be sure to check your junk mail folder before reaching out to us.

Answer: A Digital Photo package is a file-based, High-Definition version of your photos delivered via email, you own the full rights to these photos and can choose to share them however you'd like.

 Answer: A DIgital Download is a file-based, High-Definition version of your childs recital  delivered via email download link around the same time as the photo's ship. It is playable on nearly every device, though it is recommended to download to a desktop or laptop computer first.

• Desktop and Laptop
Desktop and laptop users can download in their browser by simply clicking the Download button in the top right of the screen, then click Direct Download. Once its done downloading you will be able to find the file in your recently downloaded folder.

• Mobile Device (Android Tablet or Phone)
Open the provided link in the browser of your choice - we suggest Google Chrome.
1.  Enter the password provided in the email Select "Or continue to website"
2. To download all videos, click the ... menu, and then select Direct Download.
3. To download a single video, click on the video, then click the ... menu at the top right and select Direct Download.

• Mobile Device (iOS Device, iPhone, iPad)
To Download Files from Mr. Video Dropbox to your iOS device without having Dropbox installed.
1. Open the Link in Safari. (Chrome and Firefox are not supported)
2. Enter the password provided in the email Select "Or continue to website"
3. To download all the files, click on the ... menu (the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner) and select "Direct download." Confirm by clicking the download prompt.
4. To download a single video, click the video. Once it has opened, click on the ... menu (the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner) and select "Direct download." Confirm by clicking the download prompt.
Click on the status icon and you will be given the choice to go to your video in the "DOWNLOAD" folder in your "FILES" app.
